refund & cancellation policY

We are so grateful that you desire to spend this time with us in The Valley of the Moon for this intimate gathering of dreamers. The Fever Dreams Collective experience has been lovingly and soul-fully heart-crafted, and in order for us to preserve the beauty of coordination required to offer this to you, we have outlined the details of our refund and cancellation policy below. *Your investment of $1695/$1797 includes your housing, all meals, project supplies (suggestions for including personal embellishments from home forthcoming in a short materials list), your guided time with us, and all the activities offered on site during your stay with us (excluding massages and optional excursions).

*A $565/$599 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

*Because you are offered this special rate, we request that the full balance of your registration fee is paid by March 21, 2019.

*If you are not paid in full by March 21, 2019 we reserve the right to offer your spot to our waiting list or the public, and your deposit (1/3 of your total registration fee) will be retained.

*Deposits made by payment plan (1/3 of your total registration fee) are non-refundable after December 22, 2018.

*All cancellations need to be in writing. For cancellations prior to July 1, 2019, we will retain 1/3 of your registration fee plus a $100 processing fee. 

*We are unable to offer refunds after July 1, 2019, however you may transfer your reservation to another woman who is eager to attend. 

*Travel arrangements are your own responsibility but we are happy to provide a group space online through which you may choose to make arrangements with other gathering participants, such as coordinating and sharing rental cars, etc.

*In case of acts of God, war, disaster or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to retain fees and reschedule the gathering.
