refund & cancellation policY

We are so grateful that you desire to spend this time with us in The Valley of the Moon for this intimate gathering of dreamers. The Fever Dreams Collective experience has been lovingly and soul-fully heart-crafted, and in order for us to preserve the beauty of coordination required to offer this to you, we have outlined the details of our refund and cancellation policy below. *Your investment of $1695 includes your housing, all meals, project supplies (suggestions for including personal embellishments from home forthcoming in a short materials list), your guided time with us, and all the activities offered on site during your stay with us (excluding massages and optional excursions).

*A $565 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

*The full balance is due by February 1, 2018 and is non-refundable.

*Deposits are non-refundable after October 31, 2017.

*All cancellations need to be in writing. Cancellations prior to February 1, 2018 will incur a $100 processing fee.

*If you are not paid in full by February 1, 2018 we reserve the right to offer your spot to our waiting list or the public and your $565 deposit will be retained.

*Travel arrangements are your own responsibility but we are happy to provide a group space online through which you may choose to make arrangements with other gathering participants, such as coordinating and sharing rental cars, etc.

*In case of acts of God, war, disaster or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to retain fees and reschedule the gathering.
